KURT E. SCHLACHTER grew up in Bow Island, Alberta. He earned a B.Sc.(Honours) in Neuroscience from the University of Lethbridge in 2000, followed by an LL.B. from the University of Saskatchewan in 2003, and was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2004.Kurt primarily practices in the areas of Family Law and Civil Litigation, but also maintains a general practice involving Real Estate, Corporate, and Criminal matters.
In the past, Kurt was a member of the Board of Directors of the Southern Alberta Epilepsy Association and the Lethbridge Chapter of the Canadian Diabetes Association. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Downtown Lethbridge BRZ, and is a member of the Lethbridge Masters Swim Club.E-mail address: keschlachter@stringam.ca
